The Triple Threat Training Program is a weekly program for teens aged 13-18 who are interested in the performing arts and ensemble work, and who want to hone their skills as a triple threat.

This is an intensive program designed to take young, budding performers and help them build their skills and confidence so they are better equipped to ace every audition and performance they have outside this program. It is our mission that they are exposed to the best teachers, training, education, experiences, and live theatre that our area has to offer, making them well-rounded, knowledgeable and capable artists.

Students will build confidence singing as a soloist and in a group, learning ensemble numbers with simple choreography, and taking in-depth acting workshops to hone their craft, making them well-rounded triple threats.

Guest teachers will also be invited to some sessions so our troupe will be working with the best teachers in the performing arts of the greater Saint John area, with Alison overseeing the program.

Extra outings to arts events in our community will also be organized for the group, so they are exposed to live theatre and performing arts, expanding their knowledge as a performer, and developing growing relationships within the team and community.

Rehearsals take place Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm, and the program will take a break during the busy high school musical seasons to ensure students are focused on their performances. Performance opportunities will be provided, and additional rehearsals will be scheduled accordingly.

This group is by audition only, but everyone is welcome to apply. Apply any time by sending a video of you singing a song you love and feel presents your voice well, or e-mail to book an in-person audition. Those successful candidates who submit a video will also be asked to come in for a meet and greet at a later date prior to a decision being made.
