Administrative Assistant 

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our studio environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties, including registrations, receipts and document organization
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the studio
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with concerts and special events as needed
- Be knowledgeable of all of our programs and services, and answer questions and inquiries online and via email
- Greet students and parents, direct student traffic as needed
- Assisting the owner with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role preferred
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional computer skills (Gmail, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite and use of our online parent portal will be required. Training will be provided.)
- Friendly demeanour with children and parents
- Availability Monday,, Tues, Wed and Thurs, either 2:30-7:30pm or 3-8pm is required, occasional Saturday mornings and Sat or Sun afternoons for concerts are also required, usually 2-5 per year. A small number of responsibilities may be occassionally required in the mornings, but can be done from home.

Please note as we work with children, our hours of operation change and reduce in the summer. Some in studio days will be required on the first day and performance days of camp, and administrative work can be done from home at other times, but the total amount of working hours will be reduced.

Starting date is as soon as possible. Training will be provided before that date.

Piano Teacher

Are you a passionate music educator who loves connecting with students and helping them to succeed and feel their best? Join our team!

Scheduling is part time, and based on the teacher’s availability. Must be available at least one afternoon and evening a week. 

​

High school or university/college level students are welcome to apply, as long as the applicant has some sort of formal voice or piano training and knowledge. 

​

Compensation will be reflective of the applicant's training and experience, ranging between $30-$45/hr.
