Early Childhood Music Classes,
Group Singing Lessons, Piano Lessons
Alexandra d’Entremont is a soprano, music therapy intern, early childhood music teacher, and group voice teacher at Alison Dawn Voice & Music.
Born and raised in Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Alexandra was heavily involved with the arts growing up, having taken voice and piano lessons, dancing competitively and acting in community theatre. She competed in the New Brunswick Competitive Festival of Music for several years and later went on to complete her Bachelor of Music Therapy at Acadia University.
While in Wolfville, she had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, as well as with older adults in long-term care. Alexandra got the chance to compete at the National Association of Teachers of Singing Competition (Song Fest) at Mount Allison University twice.
She then moved back home to train with the Institute for Neurologic Music Therapy (online), and to complete her clinical music therapy internship at the Music Affect Centre, which furthered her experience with children and adults of all ages.
Outside the world of music therapy, Alexandra enjoys singing and making music for her enjoyment, musical theatre, exploring the outdoors, swimming, camping, travelling, and lifeguarding at local pools.
Alexandra has a passion for singing and working with children. She is thrilled to be teaching music classes at Alison Dawn Voice & Music!
